ان رئيس بلدية زحلة- معلقة,

بناء على محضر انتخاب رئيس ونائب رئيس

البلدية تاريخ 10/07/1998,

بناء على قانون البلديات الصادر بالمرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977

لا سيما المادة 77 فقرة 2 والمتضمنة لرئيس

السلطة التنفيذية ان يفوض الى نائب الرئيس

بعض صلاحياته وله كذلك ان يفوض رؤساء الوحدات

البلدية بعض صلاحياته باستثناء الصلاحيات
