بناء على قانون البلديات الصادر بالمرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يلغى القراران رقم 72 تاريخ 4/8/1998 ورقم 190 تاريخ 24/12/1998 والمتعلقان بتفويض السيد سليم بردويل رئيس الدائرة الادارية بالتكليف سابقا في بلدية زحلة­ معلقة وذلك اعتبارا من 1/1/2000 .
