ان وزير التربية الوطنية والشباب والرياضة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

استنادا الى القانون رقم 16/72 تاريخ 15/12/1972

وتعديلاته,

وبناء على المرسوم رقم 9104 تاريخ 11/09/1996

وتعديلاته,

وبناء على القرار رقم 117 تاريخ 28/03/1987

(قرار الترخيص للنادي),

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للشباب والرياضة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تضاف لعبة البليارد إلى الجمعية الرياضية المسماة نادي الرسالة الرياضي ـ بيروت والمجازة بموجب القرار رقم 117 تاريخ 28/3/1987.

المادة 2

مادة 2: على الجمعية التقيد بالقرار رقم 9104/96 وتعديلاته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في 25 أيلول 1997 وزير التربية الوطنية والشباب والرياضة جان عبيد
