المادة 1

مادة 1: يخضع لاجازة مسبقة من وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني تصدير زيوت النفط سواء اكانت خاما او محولة الى بترول او بنزين او مازوت المعرف عنها بالتعرفة الجمركية رقم 206

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان التدبير المنصوص عليه في المادة الاولى يشمل زيوت النفط المنتجة من مصفاة طرابلس والكميات المستوردة من هذه الانواع بواسطة شركات البترول الى لبنان برسم الاستهلاك المحلي, ولا يتناول الكميات المستوردة بطريق الترانزيت .

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره على مدخل وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
