المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى الفقرة 11 من المادة الثالثة من القرار رقم 15/1 تاريخ 18/1/65 ويلغى القرار رقم 408/1 تاريخ 12/10/65.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ترفق طلبات انشاء المصانع الجديدة, او طلبات توسيع المصانع القائمة, بدراسة تقنية اقتصادية يقدمها أصحاب الطلبات على مسؤوليتهم. تدرس مصلحة الصناعة الطلب وترفع دراستها الى المدير العام الذي يمكنه ان يستأنس برأي أحد أو بعض الخبراء المتعاقدين مع الوزارة في شؤون التنمية الصناعية. يتخذ المدير العام القرار المناسب في ضوء القوانين والانظمة المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
