وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان

المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 18/07/2001

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى الجدول (DEVO1) التابع للجدول المنظم وفقا للنموذج (PBO1) المرفق بالقرار رقم 7743 تاريخ 02/01/2001 ويستبدل بالجدول المرفق بالقرار الحاضر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار ابتداء من تاريخ 01/11/2001

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
