مادة 1: على الاشخاص المنوه عنهم في المادة 10 الفقرة الاولى من القرار رقم 342/LR تاريخ 3 ك1 سنة 1939 ان يوقفوا في الحال في دفاترهم بتاريخ 2 ك1 سنة 1939 مساء الحسابات المنوه عنها في الفقرة الاولى من المادة 10 المذكورة
