مادة 1: يلغى القرار عدد 319/LR تاريخ 16 تشرين الثاني 1939 وعليه توضع مجددا موضع التنفيذ جميع احكام القرار عدد 275/LR تاريخ 11 تشرين الاول 1939 التي كانت موقعة بمقتضى القرار المذكور
