ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 33 منه,

وبناء على المادة 19 من نظام غرف المقاصة المنشأة في

مصرف لبنان الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالقرار رقم 5267

تاريخ 21/10/1993

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ابتداء من تاريخ 12/09/1994 يطبق نظام غرف المقاصة المنشأة في مصرف لبنان الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالقرار رقم 5267 تاريخ 21/10/1993 وتعديلاته على غرفة المقاصة المنشأة في فرع صيدا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ابتداء من تاريخ 12/09/1994 تلغى جميع احكام القرارات والانظمة وتعديلاتها المتعلقة بغرفة المقاصة المنشأة في صيدا الصادرة قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا القرار وتستبدل بالنظام المذكور في المادة الاولى اعلاه وبتعديلاته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به ابتداء من تاريخ 12/09/1994
