مادة 1: تممت كما يلي بفقرة رابعة المادة 2 من القرار عدد 212/LR المشار اليه اعلاه: "غير انه يرخص بذبح الابقار يوم الاربعاء على ان يبقى استهلاك لحمها ممنوعا في اليوم المذكور"
