مادة 1: تممت بالاحكام التالية المادة 2 من القرار عدد 336/LR المشار اليه اعلاه: "فيما يتعلق بالترخيص بالشذوذ عن احكام منع استيراد الذهب يجوز لامين السر العام ان يحول سلطته بهذا الشأن الى مستشار المفوضية العليا في الشؤون المالية"
