ان وزير العمل,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني,

بناء على الطلب المسجل تحت رقم 459/4 تاريخ 25/06/1996

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 164 تاريخ 24/6/55 بحيث يقرأ اسم اتحاد التجار وارباب العمل في الشمال على الشكل التالي: "اتحاد نقابات ارباب العمل واصحاب الحرف في لبنان الشمالي". والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
