يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: ـ تقسم وتحدد مراكز أقلام الاقتراع في دائرة جبل لبنان الثالثة ـ (بعبدا ـ عاليه) إلى /511/ قلم اقتراع, لانتخاب نائب عن المقعد الماروني في منطقة عاليه الذي شغر بوفاة النائب بيار هنري حلو, وذلك على الوجه الآتي:
