أن شركة الكاتيل سيت ALCATEL CIT المسجلة بتاريخ 26/10/1984 تحت رقم 909 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/6/2003 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 542/ت أنه نتيجة دمج شركة الكاتيل كونتراتنع ALCATEL CONTRACTING مع شركة الكاتيل سيت ALCATEL CIT وفقا للجمعية العمومية الغير عادية بتاريخ 30/10/2002 في فرنسا, سوف يصار إلى دمج فرعي الشركتين المذكورتين في لبنان, وأن الفرع الناشئ عن هذه العملية سوف يحمل اسم الكاتيل CIT والمسجل في السجل التجاري في بيروت (لبنان) تحت الرقم 49007 وذلك وفق ما ورد في الشهادة المؤرخة في 10/7/2003 (فرنسا). واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
