يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا تصدير البطاطا للاكل او البطاطا للزرع.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور صدوره ولغاية اول شهر نيسان 1995

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
