المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية عين داره - قضاء عاليه، في محافظة جبل لبنان، منحلا حكما، للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام عاليه أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
