بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

26/10/2000,

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم

9/ص/ب تاريخ 22/04/2002,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977

وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية برسا - قضاء الكورة في محافظة لبنان الشمالي، منحلا حكما، للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ لبنان الشمالي أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
