بناء على البروتوكول بتاريخ 10 اذار سنة 1943

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ان امتياز الحصر المعطى لمجلس الميرة الاعلى يطبق على القمح والشعير ايا كان نوعهما وعلى الذرة الصفراء والبيضاء وعلى الدقيق والسميد ومنتجات هذه الحبوب ومشتقاتها

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم للتنفيذ
