مادة 1: تعدل تعريفة الجمارك على الوجه التالي: (1) تطبق التعريفة المخفضة ضمن الشروط والتحفظات التي تحددها ادارة الجمارك.

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من اول تشرين الثاني سنة 1958 وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
