ان المجلس الاعلى للجمارك,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 123 تاريخ

12 حزيران 1959 (الاحكام الخاصة بوزارة

المالية-ادارة الجمارك),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4461 تاريخ 15 كانون

الاول 2000 (قانون الجمارك) ولا سيما

المادة 231 منه,

وبعد استطلاع رأي مدير الجمارك العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تستثنى السيارات الجديدة أو المستعملة, الممنوعة في الاستيراد بموجب القوانين النافذة, من وضع المستودع المخصص.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور نشره.
