المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسمح بصنع فئة خاصة من الخبز العربي (الابيض والاسمر) برسم المطاعم والاستهلاك الخاص خلافا للمادة الاولى من القرار رقم 8900 تاريخ 9/10/1953.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد اوزان واسعار الخبز العربي الذي يباع بالقطعة كما يلي: الابيض مئة وعشرون غراما بخمسة غروش لبنانية الاسمر مئة وعشرة غرامات كل ثلاثة قطع بعشرة غروش ل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تطبق احكام المواد الثانية والثالثة والرابعة من القرار رقم 8900 تاريخ 9/10/1953 على فئة الخبز المنصوص عليها في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار وعلى المخالفات التي تقع فيها.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
