ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7992 تاريخ 31/10/1961

بناء على المادة الثانية - البند الثاني - من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955

وبناء على تقرير رئيس مصلحة الشؤون الفنية المشتركة رقم

2059/5 تاريخ 3/6/1963 المتعلق باخضاع استيراد الجنارك الى

نظام الاجازة المسبقة حماية للانتاج الزراعي اللبناني.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يخضع استيراد الجنارك الى اجازة استيراد مسبقة تعطيها الدائرة المختصة في وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل باحكام المادة الاولى اعلاه اعتبارا من اول ايار لغاية 31 تموز.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
