بناء على المادة الثانية- البند الثاني- من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 31 تاريخ 18 ك 2 سنة 1955

بناء على تقرير رئيس مصلحة الشؤون الفنية المشتركة رقم

58497 تاريخ 28 ايار 1966 الرامي الى اخضاع استيراد

الجنارك الى نظام الاجازة المسبقة بصورة دائمة حفاظا

على الانتاج المحلي.

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى مفعول القرار رقم 162/1 الصادر عن وزارة الزراعة بتاريخ 4 حزيران سنة 1963

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع استيراد الجنارك الى اجازة استيراد مسبقة تعطيها الدائرة المختصة في وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
