وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي المتخذ في جلسته

المنعقدة بتاريخ 13/10/1993

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد معدل حسم السندات التجارية المحررة بالدولار الاميركي والتي لا تتعدى مدة استحقاقها الستة اشهر بمعدل الفادئة الفضلى على الدولار الاميركي لمدة ستة اشهر لدة مصرف CITY CORP. N.Y مضافا اليها اثنان بالماية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
