القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 1997,

وبناء على القرار رقم 3038 تاريخ 02/05/1988

القاضي بادراج اسم شركة "مؤسسة درويش للصيرفة-

مصطفى درويش وشريكه" على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة

تحت رقم 7,

وبناء على القرار رقم 6053 تاريخ 04/11/1995

لا سيما المادة الثالثة منه,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 07/21/1997

تاريخ 28/05/1997 لا سيما البند (5) منه,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "مؤسسة درويش للصيرفة - مصطفى درويش وشريكه" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 7 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
