ان وزير الاقتصاد الوطني

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1485 تاريخ 3/7/1944

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للاقتصاد الوطني

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يترتب على جميع بائعي الخضار والفاكهة بالجملة اقفال محلاتهم ايام الاحاد

المادة 2

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لنص هذا القرار يعاقب صاحبها حسب القوانين المرعية الاجراء

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار او يبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
