ان وزير النقل,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القرار رقم 33/ن/98 تاريخ 10/03/1998

(تحديد تعرفة اجور استلام ونقل نفايات السفن)

في مرفأي طرابلس وصيدا وسائر المرافىء,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام النقل البري والبحري,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يقرأ في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 33/ن/98 تاريخ 10/03/1998 العائد لتحديد تعرفة اجور استلام ونقل نفايات السفن في مرفأي طرابلس وصيدا وسائر المرافىء: ثلاثين بالمئة بدلا من سبعين بالمئة. (والباقي دون تعديل)

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره وابلاغه.
