بناء على المرسوم رقم 2900 تاريخ 31/10/1992 (تشكيل

الحكومة)

بناء على قانون الغابات تاريخ 17/10/1949 لا سيما

المادة 92 منه

بناء على العريضة المقدمة من مالكي اكثر من 75%

من بلدة مزرعة حميلا محافظة النبطية والمصادق عليها

من مختار البلدة بتاريخ 20/11/1994

بناء على مطالعة مصلحة الاحراج والثروة الطبيعية

رقم 917 تاريخ 30/12/1994

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع دخول الماعز والمواشي الى كامل خراج بلدة مزرعة حميلا حدودها: شمالا: صربا شرقا: حومين الفوقا جنوبا: نهر الزهراني غربا: رومين

المادة 2

مادة 2: حددت مدة اخراج الماعز والمواشي بثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ نشر هذا القرار بالجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
