بناء على قانون البلديات الصادر بالمرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118/77 وتعديلاته وبسبب سفر

رئيس البلدية ابتداء من تاريخ 01/02/2000 .

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى نائب الرئيس الاستاذ سمير بو خليل مهام الرئاسة اثناء وجود رئيس البلدية المهندس يوسف طنوس متى خارج البلاد وذلك ابتداء من 01/02/2000 ولغاية 15/03/2000 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة له.
