ان وزير الزراعة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13415 تاريخ 25/11/1969

بناء على المادة الاولى - البند الثاني - من المرسوم الاشتراعي

رقم 31 تاريخ 18 كانون الثاني 1955

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8371 تاريخ 30 كانون الاول 1961 المتعلق

بتنظيم وزارة الزراعة, وخاصة المادة 37 منه

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع تصدير البصل من لبنان اعتبارا من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار وحتى نهاية شهر آذار سنة 1970.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يسمح باستيراد البصل دون اجازة مسبقة اعتبارا من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار وحتى نهاية شهر نيسان سنة 1970.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
