مادة 1: تعدل تعرفة ايجار ناقلات الاكياس في مرفأ بيروت كما يلي: لكل فترة الاربع ساعات الاولى او كسر هذه الفترة يستوفى بدل ايجار ناقلة واحدة من نوع CBMU 8/50 et 8/60 15 ل ل بدل ايجار ناقلة واحدة من نوع CBMU 20/60 25 ل ل ولكل ساعة اضافية تتجاوز الاربع ساعات الاولى يستوفى: بدل ايجار ناقلة واحدة من نوع CBMU 8/50 et 8/60 3 ل ل بدل ايجار ناقلة واحدة من نوع CBMU 20/60 5 ل ل

مادة 1: يضاف الى المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 1/ م تاريخ 4/1/1972 الفقرة التالية: يمكن لشركة ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت ان تعقد اتفاقا خاصا لايجار ناقلات الاكياس في المرفأ لسنة كاملة بقيمة مقطوعة قدرها الف ليرة لبنانية في السنة شرط ان تكون الصيانة ونفقات تشغيل هذه الناقلات مهما كان نوعها على عاتق المستأجر.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
