مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 138/د تاريخ 03/09/2001, بحيث تصبح كما يلي: تتولى السيدة نهلا حسيكي, رئيس قسم في محافظة جبل لبنان, اعمال مجلس بلدية بطشيه والمرداشه­ قضاء بعبدا, حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
