ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى امانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1000918

تاريخ 30/01/2003 باسم "دار الربى للطباعة والنشر والتوزيع",

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة هلا علي طفيلي والمسجل تحت رقم 2930 تاريخ

24/07/2003 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار),

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة هلا علي طفيلي, اللبنانية الجنسية, ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر في بيروت باسم "دار الربى للطباعة والنشر والتوزيع" تتحمل مسؤوليتها ولاء جمال طفيلي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
