مادة 1: يلغى استيراد الصنفان الاتيان من السجاير ذات النكهة الاميركية المجاز بيعها في لبنان: ل.م. كنغ سايز فيلتر استور كنغ سايز فيلتر

مادة 2: يسمح بادخال الصنفين التاليين من السجاير ذات النكهة الاميركية: ل.م 100 م م فيلتر غولدين تونتي 100 م م فيلتر

مادة 3: يحدد سعر العلبة ذات العشرين سيجارة من الصنفين المذكورين في المادة الثانية اعلاه بما فيه جميع الرسوم كما يلي: ل.م. 100 م م 200 غ.ل. غولدين تونتي 100 م م 190 غ ل.
