وبناء على القرار رقم 6053 تاريخ 04/11/1995

لا سيما المادة الثالثة منه,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 20/7/97

وبناء على كتاب مصرف لبنان تاريخ 15/09/1997,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
