إن وزير الزراعة،
بناء على المرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 2025/02/08 (تشكيل الحكومة)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 1994/06/20 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة)،
بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 97 تاريخ 1983/09/16 وتعديلاته (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة)،
بناء على مشروع القانون الصادر بالمرسوم رقم 12301 تاريخ 1963/03/20 (قانون الحجر الصحي البيطري)،
وبعد استشارة مجلس شورى الدولة رأي رقم 124 تاريخ 2025/05/08،
يقرر ما يلي:
تُعتبر المستندات المطلوبة وفقا للقرارات المرعية الإجراء، والمرفقة مع الإرساليات الواردة الى لبنان من منشأ حيواني، لاسيما الشهادة الصحية البيطرية، مقبولة في حال كانت صادرة أو موقّعة إلكترونيا، وذلك بعد التحقق من صحتها عبر احدى الطرق التالية.
1 - رمز الإستجابة السريعة QR code.
2 - الرابط الرقمي المذكور على المستند.
3 - مراسلة السلطات الرسمية المختصة الصادر عنه المستند.
ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به فور صدوره.
