ان شركة DT Global, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ ۲۰۲۱/۱۱/۱۸، تحت رقم ۳۰۰۸ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٦/١٠، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٣٣٢٤، بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع المسؤولين في الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/١:
١ - تصفية تسجيل فرع الشركة في لبنان وعملياته وممتلكاته بشكل كامل في لبنان. وبناء على ذلك، تقرر تعيين شركة مجذوب وشركاه لتولي إجراءات التصفية.
٢ - تقرر أن يتمتع السيد عبدو طيار، بصفته الممثل المعين للفرع في لبنان، بالسلطة الكاملة للتصرف أو بيع أو التبرع بأي أصل أو التزام مسجل تحت DT Global Lebanon.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
