بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٣ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٨،
بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٦٥ تاريخ ١٩٨٣/٩/٩ (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،
بناء على الطلبات المقدمة من أصحاب العلاقة المسجلة برقم ١٢٦٦/ق تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/٢٧ ورقم ١٢٨٣/ق تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/٢٨ ورقم ١٢٩٢/ق تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/٣٠،
بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٦/٣٠،
يقرر ما يأتي:
تشطب من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي أسما الخبراء السادة التالية أسماؤهم:
