إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 2025/2/8 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12 حزيران 1959 (تنظيم الإدارات العامة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12 حزيران 1959 (نظام الموظفين)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9924 تاريخ 20 شباط 2013 (تنظيم الفرقة الفنية لمراقبة الأحراج والصيد والأسماك)،

بناء على موافقة بلدية السلطانية تخصيص غرف في مبنى البلدية لصالح مركز أحراج بنت جبيل (إحالة رقم 2025/198 تاريخ 2025/8/18)،

ولما كان إنشاء مركز للأحراج والصيد والأسماك ضروريا لتأمين ضبط المخالفات الحرجية والصيد والأسماك في منطقة بنت جبيل والقرى المحيطة بها،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ينشأ مركز للأحراج والصيد والأسماك في منطقة بنت جبيل - محافظة النبطية.

المادة 2

يحدد نطاق عمل هذا المركز في العقار المشار إليه أعلاه ويتبع له القرى والمناطق الحرجية التالية:

السلطانية، تبنين، دير إنطار، عيتا الجبل، حاريص، كفرا، برعشيت، شقرا ودوبيه، صفد البطيخ، الجميجمة،

فرون، قلاويه، برج قلاويه، الغندورية، خربة سلم، كفردونين، قنطرة، قبريخا، مجدل سلم، تولين، صواني، طلوسة.

المادة 3

يلغى كل نص مخالف لهذا القرار.

المادة 4

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
