قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/١٦ ، / … بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٧٧، بأنها تقيم وتعيّن كلا من السيدة رانيه كساب والسيد إيريك شبلي ممثليها القانونيين وذلك لإدارة فرع الشركة في لبنان، ليقوما بالاتحاد بتمثيل الفرع، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل الموقع في ٢٠٢٤/١٢/١٧، والذي يكون ساريا اعتبارا من ٢٠٢٥/١/١ ولغاية ٢٠٢٥/١٢/٣١ إلا إذا تم إلغاؤه قبل ذلك من قبل الشركة.
