إن شركة الخرافي ناشيونال ش.م.ك. (مقفلة) المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٦/١/٤، تحت رقم ٢٣٧٠ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/١٦، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٠٩، بأنه جرى تعديل اسم الشركة ليصبح: الشركة الوطنية لتطوير مشروعات البنية التحتية - إنشاء وخدمات (شركة مساهمة كويتية مقفلة)، وذلك بموجب مذكرة صادر عن إدارة الشركات المساهمة رقم ٢٠١٦/٤٠ بتاريخ ٢٠١٦/١٢/٢٦ بناء على الجمعية العمومية الغير عادية المنعقد في ٢٠١٦/١١/٢؛ وذلك كله وفقا للكتاب الصادر عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة في الكويت/ ءدارة السجل التجاري/ قسم السجل التجاري بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٦/٣٠.
واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
