إن شركة GEOLOG SURFACE LOGGING DMCC المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٩/١١/١، تحت رقم ٢٩٧١ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/٢٩، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٥٩١، بأنها قد قررت، اتخذت بموجب اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة الصادر بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/١٤، القرارات التالية:
١ - المصادقة على حسابات السنوات ٢٠١٩، ٢٠٢٠، ٢٠٢١، ٢٠٢٢، ٢٠٢٣.
٢ - إبراء ذمة كل من المدراء السيد Richard Antony Calleri، والسيد صهيب أسوم.
٣ - قبول استقالة المدير صهيب أسوم من منصبه كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان.
٤ - تعيين مدير إداري ومدير للعمليات مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة.
٥ - حصر صلاحيات المدير Richard Antony Calleri بالصلاحيات الإدارية المدرجة في القرارات المنوه عنها أعلاه.
٦ - تعيين السيد نصيف المرعي كمدير العمليات للفرع المذكور مع إعطائه منفردا الصلاحيات المالية اللازمة.
واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
