ان شركة Merck Sharp & Dohme Research GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ ۲۰۰۲/۱۱/۲۳، تحت رقم ۲۲۳۰ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٢١، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٩٩٦، بأنها قد أوكلت وفوضت وعينت السيدة ستيفاني حبيب بصفة وكيلتها القانونية للقيام عنها وباسمها ومكانها في لبنان، بأية أو بجميع الأعمال والمسائل والأمور الواردة في سند التوكيل الصادر بهذا الشأن بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٦/١١، والنافذ ابتداء من ٢٠٢٤/٧/١ ولغاية ٢٠٢٦/٦/٣٠، ما لم يتم إلغاؤه مسبقا من قبل الشركة بموجب إشعار خطي. ويحل هذا التوكيل مكان جميع سندات التوكيل الصادرة سابقاً والمتعلقة بهذا الموضوع.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
