إن شركة الخطوط الجوية اليمنية الشهرة «اليمنية» المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٥/١١/١، تحت رقم ٢٣٦٠ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١٢/٤، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٧٦٣٣، بأنها قد عينت السيد فوزي ناصر علي عرمان مديراً لفرعها في لبنان ممارسا عمله في مدينة بيروت بالصلاحية القانونية الكاملة وتمثيل الشركة بصورة شرعية في كافة الأعمال والتصرفات المنصوص عليها في التفويض القانوني الذي يسري العمل به من تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١١/١.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
