إن شركة General Electric Global Services GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٦/٨/٢٩، تحت رقم ٢٨٦٤ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١١/١٤، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٧٢٨١، بأنها قد عينت وأقامت السيدين جورج جلبوط، وفؤاد أبو عياش، مجتمعين أو منفردين، بصفة وكيليها الفعليين والقانونيين وتخويلهما الصلاحيات التامة ليقوما باسم الشركة وبالنيابة عنها بجملة أمور من بينها التمتع بصلاحية مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان والممثل القانوني لهذا الفرع. وذلك بموجب وكالة موقعة في ٢٠٢٤/٦/١١، وتبقى هذه الوكالة سارية المفعول وفاعلة حتى يتم إبطالها خطياً أو لغاية ٢٠٢٦/٦/١١، أيهما يحلّ أولاً. وتبقى هذه الوكالة سارية المفعول فقط طالما أن حاملها موظف لدى الشركة أو أي فروعها.
كما تقرر، بموجب قرار/توكيل صادر في ٢٠٢٥/١٠/١٤، وتبعاً لتغيير اسم الشركة من General Electric Global Services GmbH الى GE Vernova Global Services GmbH، أن يتم تغيير اسم فرع الشركة في / لفي لبنان من General Electric Global Services GmbH –Lebanon Branch الى GE Vernova Global Services GmbH – Lebanon Branch.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
