بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد محمد حسن رزق, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية باسم: "مجتبى" يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
