مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام عكار ـ محافظة لبنان الشمالي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حرار ـ قضاء عكار بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
