بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

17/04/2003,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977

وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات),

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم

2832/ب/2003 تاريخ 04/10/2003,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الشيخ طابا ـ قضاء عكار في محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام عكار أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
