بناء على محضر انتخاب رئيس البلدية ونائبه

عدد 2702/ب/1998 تاريخ 21/07/1998,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم /118/

تاريخ 30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على نظام موظفي بلدية طرابلس ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يفوض رئيس قسم الصرفيات في بلدية طرابلس اصدار حوالات الصرف والتوقيع عليها باسم رئيس البلدية.
