بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118

بناء على كتاب بلدية مشموشة رقم 133 تاريخ

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل النطاق الإداري لبلدية مشموشة, بحيث تضم العقارات رقم 4, 5, 211, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220 من منطقة الحرف العقارية إلى النطاق الإداري لبلدية مشموشة وفقا للخريطة المرفقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
